Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times We ship all orders from the United States. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
Damaged Items If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will make it right.
