How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team first at alfanyfinds@gmail.com. Do not send any items back without contacting us first.
Once we review your request, we will provide you with an authorized return shipping label and instructions on where to send your item.
Please note: Returns sent without an authorized return label cannot be tracked or processed, and we will be unable to issue a refund for unauthorized returns.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Sale items and final sale items are non-refundable
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will resolve it immediately.
